What is your return policy?

Web orders are eligible for full online credit  or exchanges for online product  if returned within 10 days of receipt of order, and meets all requirements stated on the return sheet sent with your package. Returns take UP TO FIVE business days to process. 

Sale, discounted and special order items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

 

How do I send my return back?

  1. Securely package your items in the same or comparable packaging.
  2. Enclose return postcard

When will my item ship?

All orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday.  Our online department is closed Saturday through Monday. We do not ship on any Holidays.

Processing times have been extended to 14-21 business days.

Please note that some items may be PRE- ORDER and will NOT ship until the date specified.

Once orders are received, on average shipping is 14 business days, depending upon your location. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please telephone (310) 910-0891, have the order number, first and last name available.

 

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been processed and handled,  you will receive an email with the tracking number.  You may then track your order via www.usps.com.

 

Does my order require a signature?

Only expedited orders require signature.

Orders that have not been expedited do not require a signature unless requested by the customer. All express orders do require a signature per the guidelines set forth by the United States Postal Service.

Recibí Same Day Delivery:

What is Recibí: Philthy Ragz partnered with Recibí to offer you Same Day Delivery on select items you purchase with us. (Local Delivery Option will become available at checkout.)

Once your order is placed for Same Day Delivery, we contact Recibí and a driver will drop off at selected location.

 When will my Same Day Delivery order arrive: You will be receiving text message alerts until your order is delivered.

  • Address for delivery must be within 15 miles of our Store
  • Same Day delivery orders will be delivered between 10am - 7pm
  • Eligible Orders placed M-Fri by 2pm PST are qualify for Same Day Delivery. Orders after those times are delivered early next day (S-Sun Orders delivered on Monday). Question? Call or text (800) 433-6031.
  • Orders under $500 will be left at delivery address with picture proof of delivery.
