What is your return policy?

Web orders are eligible for full store credit  or exchange if returned within 10 days of receipt of order.

Sale, discounted and special order items are FINAL SALE, in which case they are NOT eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.


How do I send my return back?

  1. Securely package your items in the same or comparable packaging.
  2. Enclose return postcard
  3. Ship your return your return package to:

When will my item  ship?

All orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday.  Our online department is closed Saturday through Monday. We do not ship on any Holidays.

Orders are processed and handled within 3 – 5 business days of receipt and in some cases may take up to 7days to process, handle and ship.

Please note that some items may be PRE- ORDER and will NOT ship until the date specified.

Once orders are received, on average shipping is 3-10 business days, depending upon your location. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please telephone (424) 331-5305, have the order number, first and last name available.


How can I track my order?

Once the order has been processed and handled,  you will receive an email with the tracking number.  You may then track your order via www.usps.com.


Does my order require a signature?

Only expedited orders require signature.

Orders that have not been expedited do not require a signature unless requested by the customer. All express orders do require a sugnature per theguidlines set forth by the United States Potal Service.
